On October 25, 2025, the Suzhou Jiujiang Chamber of Commerce successfully concluded its October Member Day event and birthday celebration at Xianfu Xuan. Nearly 40 chamber members gathered for the event, which not only strengthened camaraderie and cohesion through birthday celebrations but also featured a core discussion on “Enterprise Globalization.” Special guest speaker Yang Yuanjia, Chairman of SEPPES Door Industry, delivered a keynote titled “Strategizing Cross-Border Brand Expansion to Unlock a Second Growth Curve.” His presentation offered practical guidance and cutting-edge insights for traditional enterprises leveraging AI technology to break through global competitive barriers.

Currently, AI technology is emerging as a key driver of enterprise globalization. How to leverage intelligence to achieve breakthroughs in brand globalization has become a core concern for many traditional enterprises. During the session, Chairman Yang Yuanjia drew upon his extensive experience in the industrial door sector and deep insights into cross-border markets to construct a comprehensive knowledge framework for brand globalization. This framework spans strategic value, practical methodologies, and technological empowerment. He first articulated the four strategic imperatives of brand globalization: expanding international market presence, enhancing global brand influence, mitigating single-market risks, and unlocking new profit growth drivers. This clarified for attendees the necessity of globalization for enterprises’ long-term development.

At the practical methodology level, Chairman Yang Yuanjia deconstructed the full process logic of brand globalization: from precise positioning through market research, to the internationalization of brand image, and then to the tiered layout and operational optimization of cross-border channels, providing traditional enterprises with an actionable framework. Addressing the core challenge of cross-border e-commerce advertising, he emphasized the importance of “data-driven precision targeting” by integrating mainstream platform algorithms with user behavior data. He detailed how optimizing advertising strategies can boost conversion efficiency, solving the common pain points of “high costs and poor results” for businesses.

Notably, Chairman Yang Yuanjia emphasized the enabling value of “AI + digitalization” for brand globalization. He pointed out that AI technology has deeply penetrated key areas such as product development (e.g., intelligent adaptation to target market demands), customer service (e.g., multilingual AI-powered customer support), and operational management (e.g., intelligent supply chain scheduling). This integration effectively reduces overseas expansion costs and enhances operational efficiency. Meanwhile, digital transformation serves as the core driver for accelerating brand growth. By establishing digital marketing systems and end-to-end supply chain management solutions, enterprises can achieve precise control over global operations, thereby amplifying brand value.

To make the sharing more actionable, Chairman Yang Yuanjia interspersed numerous corporate globalization case studies and detailed data. He not only analyzed solutions for companies navigating challenges like cultural differences, policy regulations, and market competition, but also interpreted pathways for seizing emerging market opportunities and achieving breakthroughs through cross-border e-commerce dividends. He emphasized: “In today’s era of deepening globalization, brand globalization is no longer an ‘optional choice’ but a ‘mandatory requirement’ for traditional enterprises to transform and upgrade, unlock a second growth curve, and enhance global competitiveness.”
The presentation sparked enthusiastic responses from attendees, who engaged in in-depth discussions with Chairman Yang Yuanjia on practical challenges encountered during overseas expansion. Many members noted that the session offered “both macro-level strategic insights and micro-level operational details,” resolving long-standing uncertainties about internationalization while bolstering their confidence in global market expansion. They expressed plans to apply the knowledge gained to their business operations and explore tailored overseas expansion strategies.

Luo Fusheng, President of the Suzhou Jiujiang Chamber of Commerce, stated that this event combines “member networking” with “enterprise development empowerment.” It not only strengthens the chamber’s cohesion but also establishes a platform for member companies to learn cutting-edge practices and connect resources. Moving forward, the chamber will continue to address key challenges in business development by organizing more high-quality thematic events, supporting member enterprises in achieving high-quality growth amid the digital and globalization waves.
